In terms of achieving goals it is important to have a target. Think of it as a series of translucent images in black, gray, and white overlapping each other and going all back to the horizon. And you are meandering down the path observing each and every target. You will arrive at the targets sooner or later if it is already there. All events in the future in your to do list will happen eventually. So why don't you take action now? There is no escaping the future. If you want to work hard do it now. Whatever it is that you want to do better arrive at it sooner than later. While most of us are engrossed with the here and now also be aware of what is coming up in the near future. It is either you reach the targets first or it reaches you first. In writing the targets are the points or headlines that you put in place and writing to fill that space. Based on this target goal setting system you should be able to arrive at your desired destination sooner or later. And it is crucial to prepare for the future. It always is.

I really got the answers that i need and which i was seeking for today. And it came in droves loud and clear. So also is the reveleation that i got for me. How did this happen? I guess i was proactive and took incremental steps forward. i didn't bury myself in unhappiness but i opened my heart to discover more by living in the moment and acknowledging what is. You see it is incredibly important to know what the universe requires of you and how to live your life fully. Yes the universe does require something from you. You don't live on your own. When was the last time you were happy and celebrated life?To be in love with life again so to speak. You see the opposite is to feel down and rejected by life yet life never rejects you. While driving to work today i had this revelation. That we never fail in life. We just Haven't got the right answers. And it means we have to keep experimenting until we find the answers that work. In fact we have all the answers already which is revealed to us in stages when we are prepared to hear. Listen if life is a movie consider that it has already happened. There are no suprises. There shouldn't be because we determine the outcome by our attitude but we are pretending not to know. And of course we cannot expect the same results by doing the same thingh. If you want a different result just keep tweaking at life. And we have the liberty to keep changing until we find something that works in our life. So don't be a stranger to the fact that we are always in control of our destiny. And the universe does require us to choose the outcome we want and keep working on it until we get there. Everybody longs for love and to be swept off their feet and this goes without exception. Budsyood wants to be happy and be thrilled. There's no doubt about it. Sm mien you think that life rejects you. It has on such intention. You only feel isolated when you select life firsT- if you love life everything that you need will come to you. You will be blessed beyond measure. For example a woman's strength is giving love whether to the man or the baby and she is provided for in life even though she may be the weaker sex. And why do you think puppies are so cute? we all can detect love when it is present. From the person who maintains his car well to doing a good job. The love becomes the magnet that makes the world go Round. But never take it for granted.br it wants to be swept off its feet at every moment of the day. If you want to love life fully it is now. The secret of canoeamv life is in your hands. You life will transform according to how you love life. That's all to it. Life never rejects you but it does demand to be loved. Look at people who are passionate. Don't you just love them? And when you embark on this path starting from now by how you feel. Your life transform. This is your source of strength . Life and transformation. You get what you want you get what you give.

I guess for every part of us that is abnormal there is a normal side that is willing to take control of the situation and save the day. This is the heroic role that we sometimes see in the movies. And why we like the hero is because he takes the normal route without becoming the victim or the aggressor. He is the self conscious part that saves the day.

I vow to live my life to the fullest this year. Like never before. To celebrate life. To be alive and kicking. To leave no stones unturned. To go far. To enjoy great fun and taste great success. Why? Because that is what life is all about. Whatever you feel, whatever excites you. Whatever you want, Whatever makes you happy. Whatever counts. That is what life is all bout. Really. It is not about waiting in the bus stop waiting for the train to arrive. This year i will be a winner and i will live like one. I will look like one. I will feel like one. And i will enjoy my life like one. I want to live my life fully with no regrets ever. This is the whole purpose of life to be extraordinary. Everything else is just fake and inauthentic. They are just a lie. Playing it safe and being careful is for bystanders. I will arrive at my destination everyday in life. I will seize the day and be happy and live the life of my dream, fully from my heart. Today i have finally arrived. This is the real me.

Yippee i will write my sabah story from my handphone. I really had a great time in sabah. One of the reasons being everything was so well coordinated. There was not a moment wasted and i really maximised my time there. I did what i had to do in the shortest possible time with the support of a great resource. Basically i am glad i stayed at sutera harbour because it is located at the middle of town with easy accessibility to everywhere. Not just that but it is in the amenities that it provides. Sutera harbour being run by a big company they also manage the logistics of other lodges in the city from kinabalu park to manukan island. Sm it was really convenient to hate am early breakfast and take a shuttle to kinabalu park. The tan will pick you up from the doorstep. Thaw even carry your luggages. That's not the end at kinabalu park you can book a bicket which is also run by them besides having you meal at balsam cafe run by the same team with friendly nature guides as well. At the foothills you can enjoy cool weather, appreciate the flora and fauna and a great view when the weather is clear. Or you can walk around the park enjoy mother nature and have sumptuous meal in one of the restaurants. On the way down visit a nearby orchard. Back in the city take a shuttle for a tour of the myried shopping complexes and eateries. There are a lot of knick knacks at the handicraft centre myriad local food attraction at the open air eatery. Get back to civilisation by browsing through some of the branded shops in the city offering all kinds of modern accessories. Check out the night life by visiting restaurants by the beach with live entertainment and interesting menu. Last but not least take a ferry from sutera to manukan island and be enthralled by the clear blue waters coconut trees and wooden Chalets for a refreshing dip before heading back home having enjoyed the mountains and the ocean.

The bible says there is a time to love and a time to hate. A time to heal and a time to kill. I bet each option is as important as the other. And there much be on compromise in action otherwise the purpose and message would have been diluted. I guess that's how people move forward. That's how life move forward when you choose to take appopriate action at every stage of your life. That's why rituals are important as it marks the end of one season and the beginning of another. Because life is not meant to a broad grey area. If something feels not right it could mean it is time to move on. And you know what's best to do. Celebrate life in all dimensions.

I have learnt the mystery of romance from a Malaysian living in BALI several years ago and the truth has come back to me. This is the true law of attraction. And the essence to what the word attraction means. It is about communicating your intention with someone at the subliminal level to make sure the person gets the message. Communication
sometimes happen this way and not just physically. He said for example a girl can be riding a bicycle past and he says something in his heart that the girl is beautiful, she will turn around to look at him. This is the principle of namaste - i see the soul in you that is in me. So for example if you miss someone the person will call. Like einstein once said imagination is more powerful than knowledge. Therefore there is a secret communication channel to get the message across.

This is an important message that i need to take note and be constantly aware of. It is the link from where i am to where i want to be. It is the hot button that brings everything together. It is the secret that makes success a reality and brings everything back to the present. It is not about what other tell me but what i have noticed myself. At least one of those new things that i am conscious of. Not all the old things that have faded into the background. Why i said unveil the veil is because a lot of times we don't see what is blocking us. It is a blind spot. It is the archilles heel that causes us to stumble and fall. It is what saps our energy and kill our spirit at the subconscious level. Over the years i have heard feedbacks from different people like don't put yourself down. Don't be too humble. It is not whether i think it is good you must think it is good too. Heck we put ourselves down in a thousand ways each day without realising it. And sometimes too tricky for people to even notice it. But if there is a chief barrier to overcome this is it. This is what sets winners from losers but not because winners are more deserving. It is about what they allow themselves to accomplish. This allowing part is the key to success, happiness and a whole lot more. It is the secret to BE in the BE-DO-HAVE equation. I realised the other day my aversion to doing good things for myself. For example. I bought this beautiful Rm5 ceramic pen holder which was wrapped in paper and lying in my car for days and i have almost forgotten about it. Then i realised i wanted to decorate my table with it but i experience such great resistance just trying to bring it to my desk. Why? Is there an inner mechanism that prevents me from doing good things for myself. Is there a self saboteur that is guarding my gate to happiness? Has the fear of success been there for so long that when it finally comes i feel inundated by it? And does it explain a whole lot more things like why my house is a mess. Why i don't respond to my emails sometimes. Why i work late. Why i am not meeting new people. Why i don't take action immediately. There are a thousand doubts and resistance which all boils down to that invisible trigger of poor self esteem which says i can't be better because. It is like an old cassette playing in the background. I found the source of it once. It was my grandmother's incessant comments and feedback which lingered in the background. And i realised my whole life i have been reacting to the negative voice of why i can't do this or that. Until one day i realised that it doesn't matter. I learnt to side step the voice of the inner critic and i found myself to be free and I regained my power. You don't have to accept all the values that is projected on you. Be aware of this inner critic that is holding you back for your own good. The way to overcome this is to take action immediately. Do what you love and want to here and now. Be spontaneous. Reclaim your power. Realise that what is stopping you is not you. And when that happens you have the power to choose. The power to choose is what will set you free. Just do it.

I had a strange dream last night which talks about the human potential. For example why are some people bored while other are motivated? What is the link that sets them apart. It could be in their conversation. Interestingly someone came to my rescue in my dream to correct my negative self talk. And it says something like this. If he champions the rights of others why doesn't he champion himself. He is a great guy and we should support and encourage him. There was also a scene in a room where someone was restless but I was not to show that i have found my answers.

Most people do not acknowledge that they are special. There is a conversation in our head that says we are not good enough and awaits other people's approval and acknowledgement of us. We don't even know what it means to be good enough and we settle for an empty shell as part of that self defination. If you can be still and look at your own strengths. For example in my case, the power of thought and attention to details and the ability to control things at my finger tips. That is my power, my strength, and my special ability. For a moment be still and absorb that in. Before you walk out that door or enter the lift, be still and absorb your own true worth. Not through words or reasons in a way of trying to impress others to get something, which is the limitation of languages but just revel in your own silent strength and ability and take comfort in that. That you are good enough as you are, and you have always been good enough. And you don't have to stoop to any lowly acts to win the approval of others. You are already special and you have always been special and you are complete as you are, life is not an approval game that you must do something or be a certain way to be loved. You are loved. Feel it , cherish it, exude it and bask in it.

How do you know who is right or wrong for you? There are just too many similarities and differences to really care. We go through life looking for the perfect T-shirt to buy. But it is impossible to really find that T-shirt. The thing about love is having enough similarities and interest to push one another to a higher level. It is a mutual decision to come together. Just like wall-e. Ultimately love is about charging each other's batteries.

The miracle of life happens when you are willing to step out in the cold, your comfort zone to pursue your dreams.
